The Committee on Publication Ethics–COPE–recently held elections for members of their Council. Geraldine S. Pearson, PhD, APRN, PMHCNS-BC had previously been elected and serving for some period of time (sorry I don’t have specifics on this!). Now, we have two nurse editors on the Council: Charon A. Pierson, PhD, GNP,CS, FAANP was recently elected. Thank you to Geri for her ongoing service and congratulations to Charon who will bring another nursing voice to the Council. Your contributions are important, valuable and respected. Thank you for your service!
